Su objetivo principal es <strong>proteger la vida, los bienes y el medio ambiente.<\/strong> Ofreciendo una acci\u00f3n eficaz y organizada frente a cualquier situaci\u00f3n de emergencia.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading {\"level\":4} --><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Misi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Defensa Civil Mendoza tiene como misi\u00f3n <strong>gestionar y coordinar la respuesta ante emergencias, promoviendo una cultura de prevenci\u00f3n y autoprotecci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Su accionar se basa en la <strong>gesti\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de riesgos, la capacitaci\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n y la planificaci\u00f3n de medidas de mitigaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading {\"level\":4} --><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Objetivos<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --> <!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinar la respuesta ante emergencias cuando los recursos municipales sean superados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de contingencia para reducir los efectos de los desastres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capacitar a la poblaci\u00f3n y a los organismos intervinientes en la gesti\u00f3n del riesgo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implementar sistemas de alerta temprana para la detecci\u00f3n y notificaci\u00f3n de amenazas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gestionar la asistencia y rehabilitaci\u00f3n de comunidades afectadas por emergencias.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fomentar la regionalizaci\u00f3n de las Defensas Civiles municipales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --> <!-- wp:heading {\"level\":4} --><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Gesti\u00f3n Administrativa y de Emergencias<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --> <!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Coordinaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica:<\/strong> Defensa Civil Mendoza articula esfuerzos entre organismos nacionales, provinciales y municipales para optimizar la respuesta ante emergencias.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Planificaci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n de protocolos:<\/strong> Dise\u00f1a planes de contingencia y estrategias de mitigaci\u00f3n de riesgos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Capacitaci\u00f3n y concientizaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Brinda formaci\u00f3n a organismos p\u00fablicos y privados, adem\u00e1s de campa\u00f1as de prevenci\u00f3n dirigidas a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gesti\u00f3n de recursos y asistencia en desastres:<\/strong> Administra ayuda humanitaria y coordina la distribuci\u00f3n de insumos esenciales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fortalecimiento de redes de emergencia:<\/strong> Establece convenios con organismos nacionales e internacionales en materia de gesti\u00f3n de riesgos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --> <!-- wp:heading {\"level\":4} --><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Centros Operacionales de Defensa Civil<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --> <!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Centro de Operaciones Radioel\u00e9ctricas (C.O.R.):<\/strong> Ubicado en la Base C\u00f3ndor, este centro es responsable de las comunicaciones en emergencias, asegurando la coordinaci\u00f3n con el Centro Estrat\u00e9gico de Operaciones (C.E.O. 911) de la Provincia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adem\u00e1s, el COR tiene como misi\u00f3n el <strong>monitoreo constante de situaciones de emergencia<\/strong>, realizando vigilancia activa de fuentes oficiales como el INPRES, el Servicio Meteorol\u00f3gico Nacional, la Direcci\u00f3n de Contingencias Clim\u00e1ticas, SEGEMAR y otros organismos responsables de la informaci\u00f3n sobre desastres naturales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Centro de Operaciones de Emergencias Provincial (COEP):<\/strong> Defensa Civil organiza y gestiona este centro para coordinar de manera estrat\u00e9gica los recursos y acciones en situaciones de emergencia de gran magnitud. El COEP es un organismo colegiado compuesto por instituciones p\u00fablicas y privadas, que cuentan con la capacidad y los recursos necesarios para gestionar, organizar y coordinar la log\u00edstica en situaciones de emergencia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --> <!-- wp:heading {\"level\":4} --><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Importante:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>La Direcci\u00f3n Provincial de Defensa Civil brinda atenci\u00f3n a la ciudadan\u00eda, coordinando la respuesta ante emergencias, pero no ejecuta directamente tareas operativas de mantenimiento o servicios p\u00fablicos. Su intervenci\u00f3n se produce cuando los recursos locales son insuficientes para atender la situaci\u00f3n o cuando la complejidad del evento requiere la articulaci\u00f3n de m\u00faltiples organismos.
